My name is David Palas from Century 21 and I'm a residential home specialist based in Broward County, which extends from Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton, and Sunrise to Parkland.  I've lived in S. Florida my entire life and raised my family in Palm Aire in Pompano Beach for the last 23 years, so I feel like I can be considered an expert in the area.

I’m not like many Realtors that disappear after you sign the contract or just hand you off to an assistant.

I differentiate myself by being there for you from start to finish, keeping you informed every step of the way.

I don't think it’s my job to “sell” you anything.
